I totally agree with your guy’s thoughts on subcontractors. I am a subcontractor and recently formed my LLC. Mutual respect and open communication of expectations are key. Wise contractors do not want to be black listed in their community and neither do business owners. I have contacted for my share of less than kosher business and word gets around quick.
