As you start becoming a legit business you start dealing with more and more clients and transactions.  And every transaction is a chance to delight your customers and give them everything they wanted…or a chance for miscommunication, false expectations, undelivered promises, and two parties left playing he said/ she said.  We’d all like the first scenario rather than the second and having a contract for each transaction will help get you there.
