    I listened to this episode today, and have a mild “actually” about Brad’s Empire State Building example: I live 10 minutes away from the design prototype for the ESB. Size and building materials, notwithstanding, the argument could be made that the architects had built one before. Search for the RJ Reynolds building in Winston-Salem, NC.
